All products sold on malloysounds.shop are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is completed, the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• No returns or exchanges are accepted

• All sales are final

 

Because digital files cannot be “returned” after being accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, even if:

• You change your mind after purchase

• You no longer want the product

• You made the purchase by mistake

• You do not have the required software or knowledge to use the files

• You did not read the product description before purchasing
